Imran has a mixed criminal and general civil law practice.
His principal area of expertise is Criminal law in which he advises and represents both the prosecution and defence. He undertakes all aspects of criminal work with a particular emphasis on fraud and violent crime. He has been instructed by various prosecuting authorities and defence solicitors in cases involving kidnap, robberies, drugs, indecent assaults, conspiracies to defraud London clearing banks and offences involving juveniles.
Imran’s practice covers a wide geographical area appearing in courts in London, the Home Counties and the Midlands.
The civil side of Imran’s practice includes Personal Injury, acting for claimants and defendants in a variety of cases including road traffic accidents, work place accidents, slipping and tripping and employers’ and occupiers’ liability disputes.
