At St. Albans Chambers we are always on the look-out for the best talent at the Bar. Although highly motivated and ambitious, we consider ourselves to be a relaxed set. We assess candidates on a number of criteria. These are subject to change but generally include interest and experience in chambers' areas of work, ability to cope with hard work and pressure, interpersonal skills, academic achievement and advocacy ability.
