Practice Profile:

Clinton has a mixed practice encompassing personal injury, employment law and crime.

He is increasingly busy representing both claimants and defendants in personal injury cases such as employers’, occupiers’ and public liability, road traffic accidents, slip and trip accidents and contractual disputes including credit hire.

His developing employment law practice encompasses a broad range of matters for claimants and respondents including unfair dismissal, redundancy, unlawful deduction of wages, breach of contract, TUPE and discrimination.

Clinton’s criminal practice has spanned across a wide spectrum of cases involving road traffic, benefit fraud, drugs, sexual offences and violent crime.  He accepts instructions on behalf of defendants as well as the CPS and other prosecuting authorities.

Clinton is registered with the Bar Council to undertake direct access work in the fields of Employment Law and Personal Injury.

Prior to joining the Bar Clinton obtained commercial experience, both in self-employment and in the City.  His experience included working with a European Equity Broker as a qualified representative of the Stock Exchange and then as managing director of an international import/export business.

 

Clinton is a member of Chambers Mediation group.

Clinton is Public Access trained and regularly accepts direct instructions on all areas of his specialism.
