A qualified nurse and former trade union representative she has over 20 years’ experience in employee relations.

Jennifer is a ADR Group civil and commercial mediator and was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2010, the Bar of Ireland in 2016 and the Bar of Northern Ireland in 2019.
